Ultimate Self Defense is a Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) school located in Staten Island, New York. Our students are taught a multidiscipline system in which punches, kicks, knees, elbows, grappling, and submissions skills can be used efficiently to any situation one encounters.
Classes are not broken up into different martial art styles, and they aren’t taught by different instructors who know different martial arts from each other. Our classes are taught by our two head instructors who work collaboratively to develop the skills necessary to anyone interested in mastering mixed martial arts as a holistic system, and not the sum of a few different martial arts.
